Green smoothie

A great way to start the day or as a healthy pick me up, this smoothie is packed with potassium, good fats, phytonutrients, vitamins A,C & K and antioxidants.

Recipe:

  • 1 ½ large frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp of our Pure Greens
  • 200ml of coconut oil
  • 1tbsp of avocado
  • 1 ½ tsp of cinnamon

Method:

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor and enjoy
