- 3 heaped tbsp Pure Edge Vanilla Pure Native WPI
- 1 cup tahini
- 1 cup pitted dates
- Himalayan rock salt
- Blend all ingredients until the mixture becomes a fudgy like texture
- Tip into baking paper lined tin and press into sides until firm and even
- Sprinkle with salt
- Place in fridge to set
- Remove from pan and slice into desired sized squares
